Cancellation Policy 

Cancellation Policy

 

For Journals:

Order Cancellation:

Journals can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact our customer support at realgoodkidd@gmail.com during this period to initiate the cancellation process.

 

Return Policy:

   - Unopened and unused journals can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

For Printed Handbooks (Courses):

 

1. Order Cancellation:

   - Printed handbooks (courses) can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact our customer support at realgoodkidd@gmail.com during this period to initiate the cancellation process.

 

2. Return Policy:

 Unopened and unused printed handbooks (courses) can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

For Retreats:

 

Cancellation by Participant:

 Retreat participants can cancel their reservation up to 30 days before the scheduled start date to receive a full refund.

 

2. Late Cancellation:

Cancellations made within 7 days of the retreat start date may result in a cancellation fee or partial refund, based on the circumstances. Contact our support team at realgoodkidd@gmail.com to discuss your situation.

 

3. No-Show Policy:

Participants who do not attend the retreat without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
