Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes:
- We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and destination.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days for the USA, 6–8 business days for Europe, and 10–20 business days for international orders.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days (availability varies by location).
- Delivery times may vary based on your location and unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Partners:
- Journals: Orders for Empowerment Journals are printed and shipped by our trusted partners.
- Merchandise: Our merchandise, including t-shirts, hoodies, and other items, is printed and shipped by our partners.
International Shipping and Customs:
- Additional customs and tax fees may apply for international orders. These fees are assessed by your local customs office and are not within our control. Please check with your local customs office for more details.
Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number through our website or the courier’s website.
Shipping Issues:
- If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please double-check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address, check with your local post office, or ask your neighbors if the courier left the package with them. If there are no errors, contact us at support@realgoodkidd.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you.
Returns and Refunds
For Empowerment Journals:
Return Eligibility:
- We accept returns of Empowerment Journals within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Custom or personalized journals are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Initiating a Return:
- Contact our customer support team at support@realgoodkidd.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with detailed instructions for returning the item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- In specific cases, a partial refund may be issued for items not meeting eligibility criteria, such as those not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts. We reserve the right to inspect returned items before processing a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a wrong or damaged journal, please contact us within one week at support@realgoodkidd.com with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
For Merchandise:
Return and Exchange Policy:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for merchandise unless the item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective.
- Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
- For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within one week at support@realgoodkidd.com with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Wrong Address:
- If the provided address is insufficient or incorrect, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you.
Unclaimed Shipments:
- Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be liable for the cost of reshipment or the items may be donated to charity after 30 days.
Refunds:
- Refunds are only issued for damaged or incorrect items. Contact us at support@realgoodkidd.com with the necessary details, and we will issue a refund or replacement promptly.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. If you’re unsure about sizing, please refer to the sizing charts available in the product description section of each item.
Sealed Goods:
- We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
